Neil Burnard

Neil Burnard is a Network Development Head for the Continental Europe region. He currently provides his distribution consultancy services to the Expense Reduction Analyst organization. His track record has shown that he is adaptable and can achieve success under a variety of disparate circumstances. Neil has always been a “big picture” thinker who is able to spot market trends and actualize success through his deep understanding of business processes across industry lines.

Neil didn’t always know he would one day become a distribution consultant. In fact, he began his early working career as a fabrication and welding engineer at Rolls Royce. But when he found himself yearning for something more, he acquired a job as a Financial representative at Life Liberty. He threw himself into his new career and quickly rose in the ranks, becoming a Division Manager in charge of a sales team and a list of high profile clients.

Following his success at Life Liberty, he moved to Australia where he continued to grow professionally and personally at Friends Provident. He quickly found himself rise to the title of Branch Manager in Sydney where he was in charge of 27 full time staff members and 300 agents.

His need to constantly feel challenged led him to depart from the insurance sector and take a position as Director of Corporate Services and shareholder at Charterbridge, a financial services provider. Neil and the rest of the executive team grew Charterbridge over time to a turnover of AUS-$17million. Neil spent a decade with the company before departing after he helped negotiate an acquisition by Sun Alliance.

In 2002 Neil turned his attention to international franchise, deciding to lend his services to Expense Reduction Analysts. His gained the title of Director of the Australian Division and played a key part in the expansion and reorganization of the European division. Expense Reduction Analysts have been in operation for over 20 years and have established themselves as a successful international cost management consultancy. They operate within 30 different countries and employ over 750 consultants.

Neil now sits at the helm of Master Franchise Connections, a division appointed to assist Expense Reduction Analysts International in its continued expansion by identifying suitable new business partners within developing countries and regions. Partners are offered the opportunity to acquire a Master Country or Regional License to operate this successful business. Neil’s role at Master Franchise Connections is to locate and introduce prospective business partners who would be interested in acquiring the rights to develop the existing Expense Reduction Analysts business model within developing Countries and Regions. An initial investment ($50,000 – $1,000,000) is required and dependent on the size of the County or Region.
